Anas
FOUNDER
Anas is a professional wheelchair basketball player for the National Palestinian wheelchair basketball team. Inspired by his own experiences as a wheelchair user in a devastated Gaza, Anas founded a nonprofit organisation dedicated to providing life-saving support to the most vulnerable.

Angie
VP | DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Angie has worked with non-profits as a fundraiser coordinator for many years in Canada, and the US and spent years in Haiti helping orphaned children after the 2010 earthquake. Angie also has her non-profit management certification from UIC in Chicago

Kat believes in the power of art to inspire, connect, and heal. She is passionate about merging her creative talents with her commitment to social justice. Kat is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others, particularly the most vulnerable among us.

Giovanna
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Gio is an HR professional who recently started raising funds for Spark for Innovation and Creativity. The funds raised were used to buy 60 tents, and food for displaced people in Gaza.

Mo Hamzeh
BOARD MEMBER
Mo Hamzeh is a Palestinian-American that was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and now resides in Jersey City, NJ with his wife and two children. If there's one thing Mo values most, it's his family. Mo's family is from Ein Karem, Palestine, which is just outside of Jerusalem. His great grandparents and grandparents among their children were displaced as a result of the Nakba of 1948 where they were forced to seek refuge, which forced many of them to flee to Jordan. Mo just recently visited Palestine with his family for the first time, which he describes as an out-of-body experience. Mo is proud of his Palestinian heritage and seeks to use anything and everything at his disposal to speak out about Palestine and educate the masses whether it be through speech, writing, or art. He is an activist by his own right and looks forward to the day that Palestine is free.

Sarah Hadawi
BOARD MEMBER
Sarah Hadawi is a British-born Palestinian with deep roots in her heritage; her father hails from Jerusalem and was displaced alongside his family during the Nakba in 1948, eventually settling in the UK after a period in Jordan. Growing up in London, Sarah showcased her talent at the prestigious Sylvia Young Theatre School, where she honed her skills in acting and appeared in various TV and film roles. Currently thriving in the music industry, she also runs an Instagram account, @purelypalestine, dedicated to educating followers on all things Palestine. Balancing her professional endeavors, Sarah is a dedicated mother to two sons and a beloved fur baby.

BOARD MEMBER
Hisham is a highly experienced IT Consultant, Architect, and Instructor with over 28 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and training on Cloud and Infrastructure solutions. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and a wide array of enterprise technologies. Recognized as the most certified Microsoft professional in the UK and among the global top 10, Hisham also holds an MBA from Henley Business School and an M.Sc. in Sustainability from Ashridge/Hult. Passionate about human connection, he champions the philosophy of exchanging gifts over transactions and warmly invites collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
